I’ve spent three decades at the intersection of technology and business - building companies, leading teams, and figuring out what organisations should actually do with emerging capabilities before the consensus forms. Right now, that’s mostly AI: figuring out where it actually changes the work, and where it doesn’t.

I’m also a runner, which helps with the patience required for all of the above.
